Mr. Nelson has diverse experience in many areas of practice, including: Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Urban housing
and Residential Architecture. Specific project types include: Hotels, High Rise Office, Primary and Secondary Education,
Residential Treatment facilities, Media production studios, Corporate space planning, Distribution facilities, Banks, Urban
planning, Secured financial data centers, Medical offices, Restaurants, Retail space planning and Expert testimony.

Architect of several award-winning projects in St. Louis area.

Founded and organized numerous successful real estate developments in conjunction with various partners. Functional roles included
partnership construction, general partner, limited partner, architectural design, construction management, marketing, and real estate management.

Founder of ISX Corp. Developer of "REX" the first operating online Commercial Real Estate "Multi-List" network. At one point
REX had 50 brokerages online in the St. Louis Metro area.

General Partner and Co-Founder; Armstrong Nelson Properties LLC, a commercial real estate management and brokerage company.

Initiated successful litigation to preserve Missouri Architectural Practice Laws in St. Louis County, Missouri. Organized funding and support
group including AIA. Presented plaintiff testimony before state board of Architects and Engineers with successful ruling.

Consulted with City Planners to develop first "Old Town District" zoning ordinances in Clayton, MO
